What we collect
When you create an account, we store your email address, display name, application checklist progress, and quiz results. We do not collect financial information, ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data.
How we store it
Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Authentication is handled by Firebase Auth (Google). We never see, store, or process your password — Google handles that entirely.
Cookies
Essential cookies: Firebase Auth uses cookies to maintain your login session. These are required for the sign-in feature to work.
Advertising cookies: If you accept all cookies, Google AdSense may set cookies to serve relevant ads. You can choose "Essential only" to opt out of advertising cookies.
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your visit to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by choosing "Essential only" in our cookie consent banner, or by visiting Google's Ads Settings.

Data security
Firestore security rules ensure each user can only access their own data. There is no admin panel or shared access. All connections use HTTPS.
